Naushaba Merchant is an experienced and certified Community Manager and CEO of PMI SouthBay. She has more than a decade of experience managing real estate assets. Naushaba has been involved in all aspects of property management including association management, short term rentals and leasing of commercial, mixed used office spaces, single family homes, condominiums and multi family apartments. She has also worked with numerous asset owners to drive revenues and lower cost of maintenance. She has hands-on experience of growing small investments into profitable turn key projects. Her strengths include budgeting, client communication & coordination, ethical and proactive customer service, vendor management, documentation, problem solving skills, proactive financial planning and analysis.
